Delaying software upgrades is never a sound idea, for many reasons. TRX Integration continues to enhance functionality, improve performance and QA the underlying code for increased customer satisfaction. As an Annual Support Agreement customer the rights to these new releases are conferred to all active support customers.
Many of our new releases are significant upgrades and will introduce considerable new functionality to better support your business, and with this new functionality new business processes to implement and learn for effective use. Our staff is trained in the best practice application of our software. Eliminate trial and error and fast track the full benefits of TRX Enterprise™.
Software Customization or company-specific Custom Module(s)
TRX Enterprise™ is comprehensive and flexible; however, customer specific needs can be introduced to tailor content to meet specific business requirements. The power of Oracle’s database and tools provides a solid framework to introduce changes to, or completely new screens, reports and processes for our customers.
We will work with you to define what is required, communicate throughout the development process and deliver software that integrates with TRX Enterprise™ data structures to eliminate any potential re-keying of data.
